First I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to comment on the article and to message me privately. I have received over 300 emails and I have tried to reply to every single one of you. Hopefully I haven’t missed anyone. I didn’t expect to get so much visibility by having my article published on Tiny Buddha so I am still trying to process all the attention. Its extremely overwhelming and exciting!

I am very happy that so many of you liked my article and were able to relate to my experience. Its hard writing about such personal things but I do it with the hope that it can reach others and make them feel less hopeless. If only one person out there reads my articles and feel less lonely, it was worth it.

I am also very sad to hear so many of you are, or were at some point, in similar situations. But its also a reminder that we are not alone. We are all connected somehow and we share similar experiences, joys, and pain, regardless of where we are in this world. Some of you wrote me from as far as India and Ireland! I feel so blessed!

I just want to thank you everyone once again for all the love you guys sent my way and for all the good wishes. I do have another article coming up Tiny Buddha in the next couple weeks so please keep your eyes out! This upcoming article will focus on childhood traumas, unhealed wounds and crazy behavior. I hope you all enjoy it as well!
